Use this page if you want to delete your SeeSeen account and cannot access the app. This page provides an external request pathway for account deletion and related data removal.
Fastest option. If you can still sign in, delete your account directly in the app from profile settings. If you cannot sign in, use the request form below or email [email protected].
Open SeeSeen, go to your profile settings, and choose Delete account. This is the fastest way when you still have access to the app.
2) Delete from the web
If you cannot access the app, submit the request form below. It will open your email app with a prefilled deletion request addressed to our support team.
3) What may be deleted or retained
Your account profile, sign-in linkage, and ordinary user content may be deleted or anonymized.
Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, moderation history, legal compliance, tax/accounting obligations, or dispute handling.
Deleting your SeeSeen account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple or Google Play. Please cancel those separately if applicable.
