By accessing or using SeeSeen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18+ to use the Service.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.

Location attaches to a post only when you choose during publishing. We do not collect background location.

9. Intellectual Property

SeeSeen, our logos, and the Service design are our IP. You may not copy or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

We may integrate third‑party services (e.g., maps, translation). Their terms apply in addition to these Terms.

11. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

12. Refunds

Refunds for Apple in‑app purchases are handled by Apple per Apple’s policies.

13. Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with exclusive venue in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan, unless a different law is required by your local consumer rules.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in‑app or on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
