By using SeeSeen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1) The service

SeeSeen is a map-first community application that enables users to publish posts and host/join activities. Features may change over time, and availability may vary by region.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

3) User content

• You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant SeeSeen a license to host and display it for providing the service.
• You are responsible for the content you post and ensuring you have the rights to share it.

4) Activities & events

• Activities are user-hosted. SeeSeen is not responsible for user conduct, safety, or outcomes of real-world meetings.
• Use caution and follow local laws. Do not share sensitive information publicly.

5) Prohibited conduct

• No illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content.
• No spam, scams, or attempts to access accounts or systems without authorization.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

6) Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or risk to safety or integrity.

7) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will be accurate.

Map visuals, boundary lines, area labels, and location-source indicators (including solid/dashed outlines) are provided for informational and product UX purposes only. They may be platform-defined and may not reflect official, legal, or real-world boundaries, nor confirm a user's physical presence at any location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeSeen disclaims responsibility for losses, disputes, misunderstandings, or claims arising from reliance on map boundaries, location indicators, or user-submitted location information.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeSeen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.
